NOTE: Internet Explorer 7 and older as well as Firefox 7 and older are no longer supported by the Internet Banking service. First National Bank Texas recommends you to switch to Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 8 or higher, Chrome 19 or higher, or Safari 5.1.7 or higher to access your First National Bank Texas Account.

**Only the above browsers are fully supported. Although other browsers may be used with at least 128-bit encryption, they may not function properly. If you experience issues accessing our Internet Banking we recommend you update your browser to one of the browsers mentioned above.

  1. * On the toolbar click "Help" then "About Internet Explorer"
    * Note: If there is no toolbar across the top - you may have to press the "Alt" key.
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Select "Help" then "About Mozilla Firefox"
Cookies

While cookies are not required to use Internet Banking, if cookies are not enabled on the browser, challenge questions may be asked every time you log into Internet Banking from that computer.

Enabling Cookies

* You may prefer to keep your cookies disabled for privacy reasons. Internet Explorer and Firefox allow you to explicitly define web sites for which cookies are allowed.

  1. * Select "Tools" then "Internet Options"
  2. Select the "Security" tab
  3. Select the "Trusted Sites" icon
  4. Click the "Sites" Button
  5. Type in the address https://online.1stnb.com
  6. Click "OK" or "Close"
  7. Click "OK" to exit
    * Note: If there is no toolbar across the top - you may have to press the "Alt" key.
Mozilla Firefox
(this turns on cookies for our Internet Banking site only)
  1. Select "Tools" then "Options"
  2. In the Cookies section, with "Accept Cookies" unchecked,
    click the "Exceptions" button
  3. Type in the address https://online.1stnb.com and click "Allow"
  4. Click "Close"
  5. Click "OK" to exit
Content Advisor (Internet Explorer)

In Internet Explorer, Content Advisor should be disabled for the best possible results. If enabled, you may get "Processing Errors" along with an "Incident Reference" number. The steps below will guide you through disabling the Content Advisor in Internet Explorer.

Click "Tools" then "Internet Options" and select the "Content" Tab.
* Note: If there is no toolbar across the top - you may have to press the "Alt" key.

If there is a "Disable" button under Content Advisor - it needs to be clicked to disable it.

  1. If the button already says "Enable" - that means that Content Advisor is off.
